Need someone to review my new classipress

Hello,

Now I've just finish my craigslistpremium.com as classified ads using 3.2.1.
I also use the classipress 3.2.1 for blog only, but pagination is not working as I wish.
Seems that classipress is only designed for ads.

OK, now back to my craigslistpremium.com. I need some one to give feedback for that site. All ads inside is still testing.

Please give me some tips for the following :
1. How to get traffic (so far no real traffic received, only spam emails received without any transactions)?
2. How to get baclinks to increase PR?
3. Do we need to put google adsense for other income or just let the site to get a lot of visitors first?
