re regarding your site there something crappy with the Ad banner in single page
also try to found a decent logo transparent

change your translator to this one far the best for WordPress in time
it's simple plugin like the other simply transfer in your host and activate the language default and place the widget

Two things I immediately notice:

1. The logo is distorted (i.e. stretched), the site would look more professional if it isn't.
2. The menu items are not aligned.

I think the reason why the menu is not aligned is because the items cannot fit. Maybe you could decreasing the size of the font of the menu or by simple shortening removing some of the items there such as privacy policy and terms and conditions - which you can post links on the footer instead.

Dear Alvin i don't know where are you doing with the link but know you have a free space in the footer
if you have prob to make your link pm me the link you would embed i could make for you the html code to the widget

Na, I just ad the pages to the link bar. It seen to work fine. If you notice I have also change the Jobs Application button, to
Jobs listing, so the url: Jobs Listing | Ads Free Links Classified ads | AdFree

I just reload the plugin. I didn't have any attactment with it. As you can see I'm still in the developement stage.
