New Site = GuamGrabs.com

After countless hours of modding, I've finally launched my own personal project, GuamGrabs.com. Thanks to this forum and the other featured sites on here for the help and ideas.

To the site: It may not look as fancy or 'different' from the default Classipress theme. The goal was to keep it simple and efficient. I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out.

Some Major Mods:
• Bigger thumbnails on Featured slider. Reduce title length to keep it consistent at 1 line.
• Added Featured tab next to Newest (originally named 'Just Listed').
• Featured or 'Sticky' ads get ribbons and a different color box on the homepage listings and their respective pages.
• Removed 'No Categories' in the Category menu where there are no categories. This definitely made it look cleaner

A nice use of default template but what makes it better is the use of nice background and eye friendly color theme. The logo is professional looking too. But I am thinking that you would be utilizing later on those empty space in the sidebar.

Yes! Eventually when I post more blogs, it'll take up that space. I plan on advertising the mobile version of it too which would help with that empty space. Thanks for viewing!

Nice site... is there a tutorial for the 'Featured' banner style? I've seen it on a few sites but can't work out how it's done...

I've just tried to view it on my phone and I get the mobile view. Clicked on the option at the bottom to view the full site and it just gave me the mobile view again. Thought you should know.
