It's a bout 70% done. just missing a search feature on the job side and the blog side needs to be changed a bit.

For what it's worth I designed it but did not code it. If a few peeps would make accounts and try it out so far an dif they see anything that needs fixing, please let me know. One person here already raved a bit about to me in private msg, so I am happy atleast one person likes it

I think the logo needs some improvement to make it more cognizable.

I liked the colors, except for the bottom blue in the submit a job button.
The logo could be improved, and here I'll risk suggesting splitting the two words and writing one above the other. Would allow for a larger font...
I think I caught you making any changes, because right now the top menu is very confusing.

yah it was ...prettier before..working on the blog side and whatnot. yeah the color kind of stands out a bit too much....

i think i gave you a list of improvement points in the other post right?
But i do have to say it is getting better.

Though this is a good try at customization, feel there is loads of work left. I too noticed issues lots of alignment issues with all major browsers like Opera FF and IE.

To me this is just the beginning and according to me its just 25-30% work done with most of it remaining. Would not go live with this design in the current state.
