    Payment made in addition

    I want to please help me solve a dispute. Unfortunately and for reasons beyond me, last time I tried to order and pay, I could not make card payment online.
    I talked to my bank, and the issue is resolved, instead when I do command again, the payment was made automatically for old command, whose attempt to pay had failed, and the current command.
    So instead of 249 USD was paid 249USD + 249 USD. We send tou invoices to verify.
    I would ask you if is possible to return my payment made in addition.

    Is that about a payment to AppThemes, if it is, the same thing happened to me. But the bank I tried to pay from their debit card at the first failed attempt, credited the amount back after a couple of weeks.

    I tried to contact AppThemes all email addresses found on the site, but I have not received any response. I expect a quick response from them. You made ​​a request for a refund by mail? Or the money was refunded automatically? Thanks for your help!

    As far as I know, the refund was nothing to do with AppThemes, and neither was the problem. It was something between my bank and PayPal that went wrong when I tried to pay via debit card. On PayPal even, I could only see one entry instead of two. Fortunately the exact amount was credited by the bank after a couple of weeks.     I do not remember whether I ever got a reply from AppThemes though when I mailed them as I do not have a copy of their response in my mailbox.
