    quick tips to change topbar width

    anyone have any quick css tips to make some simple red template changes?

    I look at css 'repeat -x' but you cannot set a number to the repeat amount?
    I'd like to set the red theme to 800 px, wide with sitewide left alignment, and a right permanent sidebar

    I would also like to know the answer to that and in a similar vein, rather than reducing the top bar is it possible to set the whole site to 100% instead?
