I have noticed that it still uses ClassiPress 3.1.4 and so it is recommended to upgrade to the latest version which is 3.1.5 as it already includes some bugs and security fixes.

If you've made your changes to the core files of the ClassiPress theme, then for sure you'll loose them.
Better if you use a childtheme next time
