    He is probably basing it on YSLOW. While I agree with a lot of things with YSLOW, to put things in perspective Monster.com ranks around 70; careerbuilder ranks around 70, and his site ranks around 45

    There are a few thinks to tweak on my site though. There was an earlier post with someone listing some ideas which i am going look at. If someone wants to add some ideas, i'd appreciate it

    In regards to the colors I tried to keep it "soft looking".
