Indeed new classipress version looks good and can enhance the whole user experience but i can't upgrade to new version due to some permalinks issues with it, because Tuffclassified.com have over 285000+ pages indexed in google and i don't want to loose my search engine traffic.

How did you get that much traffic? What kind of advertising did you use?

We have not used any advertising method to get traffic. We get traffic from our seo methods.

I am using iweb hosting services. Its an dedicated server powered by dual xeon quadcore having 24 gb of ram costing me 550$ approx with 100mbps wan port. Average load is 2-2.5

What daily traffic are you talking about to cause such high load?
You should consider switching to a lighter web server like Nginx

What happen to your Adsense did you get banned?

I love to help out you out but please read this first Have you tried to install in a root domain? Have you tried to Resave permalinks? Have you tried to disable all plug in? Have you tried the default theme of Wordpress?
