    I found out what is slowing the theme

    There is an image called "back_to_top_btn.jpg" which takes more than 1.5sec to load. There is also something with a link "wp-content/themes/jobroller/includes/js/jquery-ui-1.8.custom.min.js?ver=1.8" that is taking also up to a 2 seconds to load. Culminating in average load of the theme for 8 ....

    Can you tell me what that it is and is it possible to remove/replace/fix? As currently it takes way too long for my website to load.
