    How do I add menu tabs?

    I'm curious how to create menu tabs like the site RailTalent.com has with "Rail Jobs", "Browse Resumes", etc. My page defaults to only one tab called "Latest Jobs". I know how to edit the ones at the very top menu, but I want to be able to add/modify the ones below there. Thanks.
