Indeed Feed Question

Can someone tell me how to change the way indeed feeds flow into the Simplux layout. What I would like is to fix the date (22/02/13) to read 2/22/13 or Feb 22, 13. I would also like to make the listing lead line a different color, and change the tag colors that say fulltime, parttime etc. I'd like to move the boxes that say full time to the beginning or left side like they appeared in JobRoller to begin with before the Simplux Child theme was added.
