As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

hi talent i need to show all featured ads to be on top in search and top in categories as well or limit them to 5 ads on rotation bases like first five and then later another 5 different ones, is that possible if you can tell me how and another issue i am having is that even though your theme is responsive but it is slow to load on mobile i am providing link you can check it by yourself, and if possible can you fix it and let me know how too.
