    Header styling(responsive version)

    Hi There,

I've recently purchased simply responsive child theme. which is excellent but I want to change the header and loose the classipress look. I have also came across the Skye child theme and I want to replicate the entire header section to include the search bar.

    http://skye.snappythemes.com/demo/

Would it effect the function of my current child and the responsive version

    Thanks again
