As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

How to show AD CATEGORIES as a menu item
From the admin page, I can choose APPEARANCE/MENUS and set the menu items for my navigation header. No problem.

I would like one of those to be AD CATEGORIES, which would display all my ad categories on its own page.

However, there is only a CATEGORIES item available in the list of selectable menus... and that item appears to be related to blogs and posts, not AD categories.

How do I set up a menu item to display my AD CATEGORIES?
