Issue with cp min-max-refine search-no flexible price slider present.

Hi,
I recently purchased your child theme and 2 plugins: cp min-max-refine search & cp search by location. I enjoy your child theme,it brings much needed professionalism to the classipress theme.
The cp search by location seems to work fine and as expected. However I am experiencing three issues I would like some help with. I have carried out your general suggestions to overcome issues to no avail.

1) The cp min-max-refine search plugin; in the "filter your search" the flexible min max price slider isn't present, just the price imput boxes.

2) In the ad listings the location text and date text are positioned out of place on top of each other on the bottom of the ad.

3) I like your neat social likes on the bottom of your ads. Where is this configured or is this a separate plugin?
