As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

Form problem between classi and storepress
Hi Ahmed,

can you please look into this issue..

profiel page.JPG and look at this one too profile in classipress.JPG

It seems that classipress and storepress are fighting. What you see is a print screen of the profile page in Classipress and in storepress.
Because of that i am not able to translate and the frame is breaking too.

Could you look into this please, psw to login are not changed, so you still have full acces.
