    Background Colors

    I'm having trouble changing the background colors. It does not matter what area I'm trying to change the color of it ONLY changes the color in a block behind the LOGO area.
    Everything is WHITE and GREY.... I can't get any of the colors to change for any of it.... Do I have a bad download? Did I NOT uncheck a box in advanced settings that I should have? Thanks
