Automatic detection issue after erase 'Near' field and submit new searches

When a user authorises the user locator plugin to detect his location, the address is loaded into the field 'Near'. ok.
But, in some cases, after the detection, the user erases the field 'Near' and submit the search, because he doesn't want to search using a specific location. In this scenario, the result of the search repopulate the field 'Near' with his detected location again, causing some confusion.
Shouldn't be filling again, should be?
If the user needs the location detection, he should push the icon to trigger the detection again. He probably didn't have any results using the 'Near' filter with his location and, so, he erased it. In this case, he waste time making some "wrong searches" with no results, because he didn't see that the field was repopulated and at each new search submit he needs to erase again before submitting.
