    Option to make "Surcharges" for Category pricing apply to Monthly Listing Fee?

    It's definitely great to see multiple categories during the create a listing phase, however at the end of the pricing it just lists them as "Surcharges."

    Is there a way to make it so that the category pricing gets ADDED to the monthly plan pricing?

    For example:

    Plan A = $10/month
    Category 1 = $5
    Category 2 = $5
    Category 3 = $5
    Category 4 = $5

    The user wants to be listed in all four categories, which makes the monthly payment = $30/month (not $30 upfront, then $10/month after - the way it's currently setup)
