Adding forum as subdomain

Hi,

I'm looking for adding Forum as subdomain to my main site.

1.After doing many google search, I just know that subdomain will be considered separate website. My question is whether forum becomes part of my main domain? ie all my existing user registrations on my main domain, can access this forum in subdomain?

2. Should I need to install wordpress again in this subdomain? I have planned to use Simple:Press forum plugin. I contacted BlueHost, they told me to install wordpress and then this plugin. I think they aren't understanding my requirement.

3. How about the look and feel of this forum? Will this subdomain have same look (colours, font, etc) as my main site?

Can somebody help?
