    Adding Second Nav Menu at Top of Vantage

    I have my vantage installed in a directory of my site as well as other appthemes on different directories. I would like to add a second navigation menu to Vantage that matches the one Job Roller. I have added a custom menu but am not sure what .css to add to my Vantage team and how to call it in my custom menu.
