Advice on multiple user registration on vantage theme

Hello community,

I am wondering if I should use a vantage child theme on a vantage theme to make the following modifications:

1. To be able to edit the field forms
2. Merge used profile and /listing so users can edit either one and once saved it's updated.
3. To have another set of users that can only contact business owners but not post any listings at all

Much appreciated if a plugin is available or a programmer is available to help do the job
