Which is the best Wordpress advertisement plugin to use for Vantage theme

Hi,

We would like to use a Worpress plugin to manage Ads from customers. Has anyone used plugins and have any feedback.
Would really appreciate your response.

As a best case we would like Google Adwords like functionality where users can sign-up, make payment, manage their ads, keywords (keywords in listing, blogs etc), and see stats/reports.

Or to the minimum a good set of features to show rotating horizontal and ads on right side
