Can't get language files to work

I'm trying to update the language files. I have followed these steps in several tutorials.

But the website does not seem to be updating correctly.

I need every instance of "business" to be changed to "group" and a few other changes.



I have loaded my .mo file here:
root/web/content/wp-content/language/themes

My file is this:
vantage-en_US.mo




My wp_config file is set here:
'WPLANG', 'vantage-en_US' I have also tried 'WPLANG', 'vantage-en_US.mo' but that didn't work either.





What am I missing?
