Category and location filtering with custom slug needed

Hi Guys,

I would like to have something like this in my business directory:

domain.com/state/city/restaurants/thai - listing all the specified locations and categories
domain.com/state/city - listing all the businesses in the city
domain.com/state - listing all the businesses in the state

there should be a hierarchical location and category structure with custom slug for SEO. Also both criteria should be filterable. For example someone looking for thai restaurants in New York.

Does anyone a solution for this?

I already checked this thread, but couldn't work it out properly and this is only a part of my issue.
