Change the order users register when adding a business

Hello, I'm wondering is anyone can help me.

When a user clicks on the "+add a business now" button, its takes them directly to user login/register. I would like the user to be taken directly to the Create a listing page (select a plan) first.

I do not want to disable the user sign in/registration completely, just change the order in which they do. Ideally I would like user registration to come after select a plan. Is this possible?
