Has anyone had any luck with a comment rating plugin? One that would allow users to vote up / down comments.. and move the higher rated comments to the top?
I got really close with this one... and then gave up- It kept repeating the comments...

I love to help out you out but please read this first Have you tried to install in a root domain? Have you tried to Resave permalinks? Have you tried to disable all plug in? Have you tried the default theme of Wordpress?
