    Contact evet organizer form doesn't work

    When users click on "contatct even organizer button" nothing happens. It is not a matter of installed plugins (I have tryed to disabled every plugins and it's the same). I'm not using a child theme. The contact owner form (for business) works good, but the contact even organizer form (for events) doesn't work at all (the forms doesn't even appears). I have also installed the WP-Mail-SMTP plugin but nothing changes. This is the website:recitando.it What can I do? Thank you
