I'd like to customize the following two pages to add a better user experience & provide more instructions:

• http://simplybasel.com/login/
• http://simplybasel.com/register/

1. Where do I go to edit any PHP?

2. If I need to edit CSS on these pages specifically, how can I do that? Do they have a "page id #" ?
