Hi, have you encountered this error message while importing?
[an error occurred while processing this directive]
The import shuts-down after approx 40 seconds. The CSV file format looks good. Have been using this CSV format for awhile successfully, previous to this new error message that has cropped up. Only thing that has changed is upgrade to latest theme and move from Bluehost shared hosting to Bluehost VPS.
Settings in the php.ini file are as follows.
max_execution_time = 1800
max_input_time = 1800
memory_limit = 256M
upload_max_filesize = 128M
Running the latest version of the Vantage Theme. 1.4.1
Tried deactivating the plugins; error persists. Tried using the default theme, rather than the child. That's not the problem. Any suggestions? Thx.
