Display content in Categories page

Hi,

I like to display some content (for eg. an image) at the top of category page. For eg. have a look at this help page: http://nearesthomefood.com/help/
I want to have similar effect when user clicks on Category page: http://nearesthomefood.com/listings/category/recipe/
I would like to insert some content between the Google Maps and Business Listings.

Can somebody guide me? Thanks.
