Distance slider

Hi,

I would like to totally remove or hide the distance slider in the image below.

I want to have 10 city names that can be manually typed and searched for in the city field of my search bar.

So I am seeking to learn of a way that I can remove the distance slider and input into my database the 10 city names so when a site user does a search for a city that is in the database, it will display all business listings for that city, regardless of what category they are in.
