    Finding bugs that were supposed to be fixed

    Just a broad comment here. After I downloaded the latest dev build - 1.3.2 [832c9f38d3] - I'm finding new bugs, but also noticing bugs that were documented and listed as fixed, when they are clearly not.

    Is the latest dev build not the latest? What's going on?
