    Front end Dashboard disappeared

    If someone registers then has a look at their dashboard they now see this:

    instead of this:

    These warnings appear at the top of the page:
    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home3/ufn/public_html/wp-content/themes/vantage/includes/events/custom-forms.php on line 19

    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home3/ufn/public_html/wp-content/themes/vantage/includes/custom-forms.php on line 22

    What happened to the Dashboard? Please help me! How can I return it back to the way it should look again?
    I am using a Vantage Child theme
