    Get rid of Responsive Theme and Login nav bar

    I would like to get rid of the responsive theme and also the gray nav bar on the top of Vantage that says "Login"

    I have tried getting rid of responsive by cutting that part (section 21) from the style.css but to no avail/

    I also can't seem to get rid of the top menu that has the login dropdown. I wouldn't mind moving that functionality to my sidebar, but would be happy just to get rid of it as well.

    Great theme though.
