    Has Anyone Found a Working Solution To Convert XML Listings Export To CSV?

    I've tried various approaches, but not one of them seems to work.
    The XML export file that you get when using: Tools ==> Export

    ... does not generate a valid XML file.

    Has anyone else had success with this, and if so how did you tackle this problem?
