    How to allow users to submit blogs on vantage directory site

    Hi

    Does anyone here allow their users to submit blogs/posts on their Vantage Directory sites? I wish to allow users to submit blogs on my directory site in addition to my blog. Is it possible? I have searched the topic on google and it should be standard function but cant figure out how to do it best. Any help will be appreciated.
