How to build the URL to get to a Create Listing with a specific plan?

Hi all,
can someone help me to determine find out how I can determine the direct URL to a specific Plan to create a listing ?

I have created a few plans and in my promo page, I have built a Pricing Table but I cannot find how to determine the URL to each plan to be able, from the pricing table, to allow the user to select a specific plan without re-directing the user to the list of plan where he/she will have to select it again. I want the selection to be done from the Pricing Table rather then in the Create Listing page.

So, I need to know how to build the URL to get to the Create Listing page with the plan already selected.

Do you know how ?
