Limit plan to specific categories...

First off I want to say what fantastic script this is - I have tried many of the 'leading' scripts very similar to this one and they are no where near as stable as this! So thank you!

My question is.. I'm starting a Diving Directory for Dive Centres, Dive Locations and Dive Shops
Dive Centres and Dive Shops are business and they can pay for their accounts to be on there (or free accounts with limited options ie no phone number ect, but I have to work out how to do that first)
Dive Locations however are for users to place their best locations to dive and thus sharing diving with the community. My question is, is there a way of restricting Plan?
So can you add Custom Fields to specific plans also? (May be a way of getting around limiting options)
Would be fantastic if so!
