How can I modify the H2 Post link color?

Hello,

I want our link color for all text links sitewide to be the same: #FF0000.
I've got that going for most of the site, but haven't figured out how to change
the link color in the Post Headline links (for example, "3 Delicious Kolo Mee Stands In Kuching" on http://foodiesasia.com/)
When I changed that in the CSS for .single-post article.post .post-heading,
it also changed the color for H2 headings in the Single Posts, that are not links.
I don't want to do that.

Another way to ask this is: is there a way to state in one place in the CSS, that ALL text links, h2 or otherwise, sitewide,
are all the same color? If so can you please tell me what that would look like?
