How do I get rid of address information when creating a custom form

I'm trying to use vantage as a directory to include an embedded music player in the listing for visitors to listen to songs from web pages where the original embedded player's web page is from (i.e. bandcamp.com). So it's not necessary to show the mailing address or google maps for my vantage directory, just to showcase songs for visitors to give comments and a rating of the song.

Is there a way to take this out in a PHP file(s) since custom forms doesn't actually give you the option or am I missing something?

I assumed when you create a custom form in vantage that you can completely customize the listing which also meant taking out fields that are not necessary (such as a physical address location) so that they don't show in the listing.

With what I'm trying to do would it be better to use classipress for this type of a website rather than vantage?

If so, then my only issue using classipress would be to get rid of contacting the ad owner section, the ad I.d. and pricing since the ad would not be used for selling but to showcase a song.
