Idea: Coupon Limit per Listing

Currently, we can allow each user to use a coupon N times.
It would be great to allow also each listing to use the same coupon N times.

Practical example:

I want my users to be able to post their listings for free only the first time.
If I set the limit per user = 1, if they have 2 businesses to list, they have to pay for the second one (unless I give them another coupon but I'd have to do it for each user, contact them etc.).
I'd love to offer a coupon for each NEW listing only...
