Importer - Assign A Plan

Hi,

I NEED to be able to assign a plan when using the importer tool. As it functions now, you import your listings and someone can Claim the listing. When they go to upgrade their newly claimed listing Vantage kicks to the "Planless" version of the upgrade page. I can't get this page to work with my custom site, so I NEED to assign a plan on import. The upgrade page for listings that are already assigned to a plan works beautifully for me.

Can someone please tell me exactly how to assign a plan while using the importer tool?
