Inserting HTML In Listings

I purchased Advantage yesterday, and it said the following on the feature page...

Every detail a business could want all on one page. Location, contact info, web and social links, pictures, tags and more. Our powerful form builder lets you add even more info with custom fields. Overview tab allows business owners to tell the story of their enterprise with text and HTML.

I don't any html options, and when I insert html in to the business description, it either strips it away or screws it up..

Am I missing something, a html feature that I need to turn on? Or is this not even a feature?
