    plug-in that take visitors to the sites facebook/Twitter/Google+ page

    Can anybody recommend a way to set up social media links on my Vantage ZipGid site? I have already have SM icons for sharing my page, I want the icons that navigate visitors to my sites Facebook/Twitter/Google+ etc
