Registration Form / Sign Up Form

Since the Vantage doesn't have multiple category then is there a way we can modify the Registration Form / Sign Up Form and insert Countries so when a person registers he would have to enter his country as well as his state/province and this is how we can category his country for his product and use current single category option as a product category! Is that makes sense? Just like eBay.com

If this work work then i will be asking my money back from AppThems because I am truly sick of this useless Vintage app! Why is it so painfully difficult to build an app like same way eBay.com works! You are already building this app why not make it useful!!!
