    Remove Categories on Refine Results

    When I do a search it returns results within a six mile radius which is perfect. Under the slider in which you can change distance there are check boxes for selection of all the categories to refine results more. Beneath the check boxes is the refine search button.

    The problem is that with a lot of categories users need to scroll a long way down to see the refine button.

    Is it possible to either remove the categories or have them returned in a drop down list and if so could someone help me with where I would change the code. With a site with small to medium number of listings i'm not really sure whether it's necessary to have them there anyway
