REsizing Listing images in Vantage (or constraining their size before upload)

Users are adding images that are way too big and/or the dimensions do not display properly.
example: The main listing image is usually a logo and needs to be formatted square. I'd like to TELL users what format and size range to make their images BEFORE they upload.
Here is a classic example: The logo image is 1200 pixels across and the secondary images are several MBs in size. Can we restrict image size to 200k or something like that?
