Search Box on the front end is not working

Something seems to be wrong with the search box on the front end.Most of it seems to be ok but I found a problem with a company called My Breast which have about 12 sites.If you type it in as I have there,only one comes up and that is one where I forgot to name the town where it was located which is St Helens. A lot of other sites come up as well which have nothing to do with it.

However, if you type in mybreast, all one word, 6 come up which is still not right because up to now I have entered 10 and will complete the rest shortly. The other thing that was odd is that I tried to edit the site which was listed in St Helens from the front end but was unable to do so although I typed it in and saved. I know I should do it from the back end but I can't see a search button there and it would mean wading through about 30 pages to find it.

Could you please any one help me on this......
